Guest guest
I think I overdid Day #1 LOL Today my arms, shoulders, and back are sore from all the tilling I did in the garden yesterday. My legs and arse hurt like crazy from my first attempt at jogging. However, I jogged again this morning and now they don't hurt quite so bad anymore although I'm sure it'll come back. I also feel like crud. However there were a lot of days before the cleanse I felt like crud and that's why I started doing it. Don't think I could POSSIBLY be detoxing this fast but had lots of crud in my eyes this AM and am breaking out something fierce. I'll stick with it! The morning after a new exercise routine is always hell!!!! I'm about to hop in the shower for my hot/cold routine, sure I'll be plenty refreshed after that!!!!!! Guest guest
Some of the breakout could be from all the huffing and puffing in the yard and sweating. I started cycling out gunk by like the 3rd day. Bumps & other breakouts came up everywhere. but the breakouts passed and my skin started looking really good by the end of the liver cleanse. Keep up the good work. Guest guest
I'm so excited to start next week's stuff. Can't wait to see what comes out! LOL Oh the things we talk about on here. I thought maybe it was just something hormonal or something; my reason for breaking out like a teenager but they're on my legs, too! Bumps everywhere! YUCK! But the day isn't even over yet and they're starting to go away. Wonder what in the world they are!!!!! Guest guest
<<<<Wonder what in the world they are!!!!! Candace>>>> Wellll, let's see, um, that one on your thigh is the banana split you had at your junior high sleepover; the ones on your arm is the McDonald happy meal you had on the way home from first grade because you got a good grade on your spelling test; the one on your cheek is the piece of chocolate cake you had at your high school prom dinner; the one on your belly is all the junk one of your relatives fed you when you were visiting them after Brock was born. Oh, and the cluster of bumps on your ankle is from the hospital food you ate when you gave birth to Brock. Heehee, just having some fun here. But you do know that your skin is the biggest organ in the body and is used to eliminate stuff along with the kidneys and colon. Yeah, I knew you knew that!! Keep us posted. Oh, again you made me laugh out loud and send my cats scurrying when you made the comment: " the driveway is uphill both ways, who knew " Anna
Guest guest
ROFLMAO! Yeah, I guess that's a long way of telling me I ate like crap my whole life. : ) I was dead serious about my driveway and I think some one dumped more gravel on it last night because it was steeper both ways today. ~rubs sore thighs~ Candace - " Anna " <drcrandall <herbal remedies > Tuesday, June 22, 2004 6:02 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Candace Day 2 > <<<<Wonder what in the world they are!!!!! > Wellll, let's see, um, that one on your thigh is the banana split you had at your junior high sleepover; ........ Yeah, I guess that's a long way of telling me I ate like crap my whole life. : )>>> That may be but you are so young and are getting it corrected now. I am so impressed at how quickly you are progressing toward good health!! I think I saw a huge dump truck at your house last night grading up your driveway, steeper then ever....just for you, LOL!! Seriously though, you will be amazed at how quickly you get strong and will wonder if someone shortened the driveway and put wings on your feet!! You'll be flying down it in no time! Guest guest
LOL you guys are killing me! I'm also jealous again as i really need to do another cleanse. June may turn out to be a decent month for me and if all goes well before now and the 30th, we may be in a position to start one in July. Then Candace, you can laugh at me ;o) Sylvia herbal remedies , " Anna " <drcrandall@e...> wrote: >> > I think I saw a huge dump truck at your house last night grading up > your driveway, steeper then ever....just for you, LOL!! > > Anna
