Sylvia Thank you much Mam' :-) I followed Doc's site right to his suggested recipe. I have one additional concern however. I seem to be in the minority (nothing new!) when it comes to weight. I would need to gain at least 10-12 pounds just be to considered at the bottom end of the scale for my height. With all the new (albeit healthy) changes I'm making, I am concerned that some of the things I might be doing are going to promote weight loss which I can not afford. Any thoughts? Guest guest
MY DH had/has the same issues. Just make sure you dont skimp on the Egg when making your Total Nutrition Drink or any of the suggested Oils. DH used an extra egg even just to make sure he would not drop too much weight. Udo's OIL is great if you want to take it as is, or add to your morning drink or perhaps over a salad. Watch out for Coconut Oil as it has a tendancy to promote weight LOSS not gain. I'm sure you'll get more ideas from other members too ) Sylvia herbal remedies , " Kath " <JustKathHere@a...> wrote: > herbal remedies , " Sylvia " <h10feet> > wrote: > > Kath, > > If you do not want to make your own total Nutrition, you can > > contact Doc off list and he can help you out. Guest guest
Hi Kath, Sylvia's suggestions are great. I only had one other thought - that the healthy changes should promote BALANCE overall for your body. Now for me that meant LOSING weight! LOL! Essentially, if you're completely healthy, you should necessarily be at your ideal body weight. I know, kinda vague and philosophical, but thought I'd mention it anyway! :)Kelli Kath [JustKathHere] Wednesday, June 23, 2004 6:52 PMherbal remedies Subject: Re: Herbal Remedies - hypersomnia/Kath TNI seem to be in the minority (nothing new!) when it comes to weight. But those at their ideal weight or below may lose before the body balances out again which will include coming back up to your healthy weight.
