Guest guest
Yesterday I bought all the stuff for the cal-calm tea and mixed it up. I made a pot of it and my kids had to try it, of course. They loved it. It took 15 minutes for my pot of tea to disappear completely! I guess I know how to get them their calcium, now. LOL! I am curious though... which of those herbs (if not all of them) are high in calcium?

Guest guest
All of them. One day I was researching the top Calcium herbs and came up with this list. Valorie took a look at it, rubbed her chin, and then volunteered to make a tea with all of them in it as it looked good to her. It was awesome and a new recipe was born. ) Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.727-738-0554DocShillington - Angela Sill herbal_remedies Friday, July 16, 2004 4:47 PM Herbal Remedies - cal-calm tea Yesterday I bought all the stuff for the cal-calm tea and mixed it up. Guest guest
Yes, and here's the recipe for convenience: Cal-Calm Tea The formula requires that one mix an equal amount of the following by volume. Chamomile Flowers and leaf; Peppermint leaf; Mullein leaf; Red Clover Blossoms, and Raspberry leaf. This formula, discovered by accident, tastes awesome and is great either iced or hot. Valorie and I take one every night before bed, we love it that much. Yours in Health and Love, Doc Dr. Ian Shillington 727-738-0554 DocShillington Copyright © 2004 by Ian Shillington N.D. Guest guest
Actually, it isn't just calcium that this tea is a good source of. It has a few other bone friendly ingredients. For now, I can just find info on chamomile and peppermint. (www.egregore.com). But, I will check my class notes from Australasian and get back to you. Chamomile- calcium, iron, magnesium, mangenese, pottasium, Vit A herbal remedies , " Candace Podratz " <CandaceAndBrock@w...> wrote: > Is that in the files? > - > Angela Sill > herbal_remedies > Friday, July 16, 2004 3:47 PM > Herbal Remedies - cal-calm tea > > > > > > Yesterday I bought all the stuff for the cal-calm tea and mixed it up.
