Well, I know this has been asked before, don't remember the answer well. I made a batch of TT 6 weeks ago. shook it up every day for first 2 weeks, then left it in a cool closet instead of tincturing as we had our 2 teenage granddaughters here from Florida and of course, all my time was spent with them. Is it still good? Can't see it to see if any mold on it as the black walnut hull camouflages all the other ingredients.

Just smell it. It shouldn't be bad at all. I have never seen a tincture mold before even though it can happen, I'm told.

I made a batch of Total Tonic that stayed in my cupboard for several months before I pressed it. I asked Doc and he said it would be very potent, but good to use. It is the batch I am currently using and it seems to be just fine.

I have a bottle of it that has been sitting unpressed in my cupboard for waaaay over a year! I recently tasted it and, aside from the fact that it almost brought me to my knees, it was fine. I think this stuff last forever. Really!
