Guest guest
Theres lots of uses for veggie pulp besides composting; 1. Take pulp perhaps mix with beans/lentils and seasoning, maybe garlic/salt for a hummus type dip. 2. Pulp can also be added to muffins/breads, vegetable soup, or a combination of pulps like onion, celery, carrot, garlic take and boil for a delicious vegetable stock. Pour into ice cube trays Then empty into plastic bag/container and store in freezer until needed. 3. Some pulp can also be used in facial masks mixed with egg or oat meal, theres endless combinations. 4. Don't feel like dealing with it now through it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer until your ready to bake, make stock or soup. 5. Pet rabbits, turtles, pigs, goats, and even some dogs also will enjoy. (my doggie loves carrots!) 6. Add to meat/tofu loaf. 7. Add egg bread/cracker crumbs, seasoning and perhaps fry in a little olive oil? Hope ya find some of these ideas useful, use your imagination. Best R's, O.
