Guest guest Posted July 18, 2004 Report Share Posted July 18, 2004 Greetings again, Just wanted to share some additional thoughts on the Rainbow Phytonutrient drink I made this morning. I presented the recipe in an earlier post. Well, I feel the drink is actually rather potent (despite its surprisingly mild demeanor) and I feel right now that the cabbage and lemon ingredients in particular have given the drink a sort of cleansing/de-tox dimension. I also feel that fresh ginger (which I would added - had there been some in the fridge) would have further facilitated this sense of cleansing. My energy is good but I have noticed a lot of perspiration on my person since drinking the drink. I'm sorry but I don't know of any pretty way of describing this phenomenon lol. So, I've learned something else about myself...and I'm thinking that perhaps I should stick with apple juices and such for now and gradually work my way up to the stronger beverages.
