[why so many different related disorders? because the body breaks down in a

finite number of ways. when you ingest poison every day, eventually some

part is going to break down, and what breaks down is largely dependent on

the rest of your genes and your environmental situation. certainly celiac

disease isn't the only cause of these things, but the body can only handle

so many toxins, and it can only break down in so many ways. best to limit

your toxin exposure wherever possible, and gluten is certainly avoidable!]
