Guest guest
Instead of cold sheet treatment, you can use hot bath. It should be really hot water( do not burn yourself) stay about 30 min. I usually add Epsom salt and some herbs, like sage or lavender. During the bath you should drink hot ginger tea, (sometimes I take Elderflower). After the bath wrap yourself in cotton blankets and stay still to sweat for 1 or 2 hrs. I prefer to take shower after that and rinse all toxins from the skin.
