Guest guest
Could anyone give me some information to help me with my 3rd attempt to quit smoking? I'm desperate to quit and I've tried four different stop smoking aids with no success.

Guest guest
Hi, There was a discussion quite a few months back on smoking, and quitting. You could search the archives for it. There were quite a few people who have done so successfully that gave information. The only one that I can remember off the top of my head is the lobelia and mullein (Huff 'n Puff formula, in the files) - take a dropper everytime you wanna smoke. Good luck! Guest guest
Hi Michelle, Good luck with quitting smoking. I can tell you how I quit smoking. I starting allowing myself 1 or 2 puffs off a cigarette. Then I would carefully put it out. The next time I wanted one, I would relight this same cigarrette and take 1 or 2 puffs. I would do this until that cigarette was finished then I would start on a fresh cigarette. Believe me, when you relight that cigarette it tastes like poop, and it gets worse the more you relight it. I did this for about 3 days and then I would light up but not inhale because it tasted so awful. About a week of this and I no longer craved even the hint of tobacco smoke. Now, 10 years later, I am still smoke free, and can be anywhere around smoke and it does not bother me. I still remember the taste. ===== Love and Laughter, Theresa M. Guest guest
I can vouch for that, also. I gathered all the ingredients and now drink the tea every night. Even my 19-yr old daughter likes it with no sweetener. It's sweet enough on its own. Guest guest
I've done some research on the internet about Lobelia and from what I can discern, parts of it are considered poisonous. How would I make the tincture? Can I buy it from a health food store? To some herbalists, lobelia is considered poisonous. The good news is that you will simply throw up if you take too much. The formula I have for lobelia tincture is made with the organic seeds which are much too expensive for me to buy. I just bought a 1 oz. dropper bottle of it at a nearby organic herb farm.
