Guest guest
hello all, well, my pain in the hip is all over. it appeared and it went away without me knowing why this was happening.......... lately i got pain in the neck (no laughter) and shoulders and 1.1/2 weeks ago i got a strange pain in my back. this is not a new thing to have back pain, but this just appeared out of no where. i didn't pull anything i believe. the bed i slept in that weekend was a vacation home. i have had a sore back from beds before. i do hot and cold showers (fantastic stuff) and i ordered some deep tissue repair oil. i am waiting for that to come to my house. in the mean time, i thought i would mention this to the group, because i find all this back and neck pain weird. some folks mentioned detoxing some time ago. not sure if this is also a detox thing. my wife massaged my back and it totally back fired on my. it was in so much pain and couldn't stand, sit or lie down. today i'm so so. if this is not over by monday or atleast much better, i will have to have my doctor check it out. my diet is good and stay as healthy as i can. any suggestions maybe? thanks, rik
Guest guest
Weird man, what kind of pain is it. Is it constant, or does it come in waves. Is it diffuse or acute? Guest guest
Hi Rik, I have to agree with Mary's suggestion. I wouldn't have believed before that cleansing my body had anything to do with back pain, because that would have to be a structural problem, right? Well, my thinking has changed completely. I have found that eating healthy - esp no sugar or caffeine as they really affect my back - and exercising are absolutely critical to keeping back pain away.
