chronically chapped finger tips?and TN

Kell, i've been taking the TN and UDO for some time now and am

wondering how much a day is everybody taking? I take a tblsp a day

but wonder if i need that much????-thanks, Granny lee.

Hi Granny!

 

Haven't heard from you in a while! Good to see you around!

 

My husband and I take 2 Tbsp per day. Sometimes he has 2 TN drinks in a day, though, which means he'd get 4 Tbsp.
