Hi Sylvia...Am so glad you are back . I have been thinking about you !

You can use what powder that you have . The fluff won't hurt you but may be

hard to mix in water.....Mary O

HI Mary :o)

SUPER, SUPER BUSY!!!!!! Work has been going like gang busters

(which is awesome for finances) and we were busy with just about

everyother moment of free time in the garden and the house.

We're both good here, but in bad need of a followup cleanse which we

had hoped to do 3 months ago and just now have the finances for.

This is for IC formula 1 and so it will go into capsules. The fluff

is easily small enough to fit in, so i dont have to worry about it

mixing with water until it hits my gut LOL.

I've missed all of you, and will probably star mposting heavily

again in the next few months for moral support thru the cleanse and

during the next few days as we mix some of our formulas and teas (we

decided to mix the formulas and buy the tinctures due to time).

Thanks for the input mary !!!!!!!!

Love sylvia
