Can you help me please?

I am type 2 diabetic.I am type 2 diabetic - I have lost 65 lbs and

now not on medication as I was obese but my sugars are still elevated

a bit. I walk daily. I have cinnamon - and am starting fenugreek -

but my sugars need some more help.I will appreciate any help or

advice. I am even prepared to travel to any country where some help

can be found. I have a lot of family responsibility as my children

are very small - I have to get well - no matter what. PLEASE help me.

Howdy,

Whatever you do, do NOT consume ANY refined grains or sugars. This

includes things like white rice, bread that is anything less than

100% whole grain, sugar (obviously), etc. Brown rice is an

alternative to white, and 100% whole grain bread is good, preferably

sprouted whole grains.

If your blood pressure is not through the roof, licorice is a good

herb that balances blood sugar. Don't take it for more than 7 days in

a row without giving yourself a break. Get the book " Prescriptions

for Nutritional Healing " by Phyllis Balch, as she has some other

excellent advice in that book. It's good for a whole host of other

ailments as well. All remedies are natural.

Hope that helps.

Blessings,

Dear Diabetic,

So sorry to hear of your failing health.

I am equally inspired by your desire to get well for your small children's sake.

Please look for Cordyseps Sinsensis...This mushroom promises to balance out the glucose levels in diabetics. If the glucose it is too high or too low, it promises to find the right balance and stablize the system.

I hope this helps.
