Guest guest
Hi Everyone I'm new to this group and new to all of this. I have been reading the posting and find this very interesting, and all the responds everyone gives back is wonderful.I have hypothyroidism and was on Synthoid for about 2 and one half years and had muscle pain in my arms and decided to take myself off of that. I started using raw thyroid (bovine) and also supplements with parsley, pitutary extract, adrenal extract( both from bovine),coenzyme Q10 L-cystine,L cysteine HCI,Pepperment Spearment, Myrtle leaf Myrrh rein. I haven't had my T3 or T4 checked in almost 2 years (I know that's bad, but plan on it)I know I need to go on a cleanse and the super tonic, all in good time and getting myself phyic up for a better life style. I was wondering if there was a tincture that would be good for building the Thyroid back up? I plan on making up a few tinctures and wanted to know what would be good to start with.I plan on a echinacea tincture and haven't decided on what eles, due to there are other health issues. Thank you Linda
Guest guest
I got docs tape a couple days, still have yet to listen to it.. I did also pick up some different sprouts at the health food store.. Bean sprouts alfalfa sprouts legume sprouts.. How can I make them last in the fridge longer then a week ?? do I need to soak them in water and change it daily ? I am also taking the panther piss daily along with some teas that are helping with my digestion to keep the elimination process going on a daily basis. Haven't been able to lose any more weight but maybe that will come in time. It sure has been long enough after the baby to lose a few I though. thx Deana Mary Ostrowski wrote: > If you have to start somewhere , I would make yourself the Total Nutrition > and Panther Piss and take them religiously .
