Hi all,

I have battled with Candida for 15 yrs. I finally decided to

start to cleanse my body. I cut out most fruit, all dairy and wheat. No

corn, potatoes, yeast ect. I am taking 2 tbsp of coconut oil a day. I

would love to do a cleanse but am still nursing my babies. Any advice

would sure be appreciated. Thanks, Christine

It appears that all this talk about candida is synchonicity yet again.

I knew I had had episodes of Candida years ago, and thrush when I was

a kid, and yes..loads of antibiotics when I was a kid too, and most of

the other symptoms of Candida in the system over the years.

in recent years I have been plagued with what was diagnosed as exema

on my scalp, rashes on my arms and legs too. I figured it was part of

the fibromyalgia. Now after reading some of the web pages I pulled up

on Candida I see that those things might just have been more Candida

outbreaks.

in the past couple of weeks I have developed a very annoying rash

under my right breast as well as itching in my vaginal area. My doctor

at least is smart enough to diagnose it as a yeast infection, but all

she told me to do was buy clortimazol antifungal and rub it on the

area twice a day. it got worse. I bought some acidophilus pills to

boost the bacteria content in my system which I continue to take. Im

taking 2 tablets 3 times a day for a while to try to get the

beneficial bacteria back in my system. the rash got better and then

worse again. I guess tomorrow I will go buy some cream of tartar and

start that, but I just dont know how I am going to afford to buy any

of these products like the oribuitucs U cabduda capsules or the

molybdenum. ( unless they sell that at walmart too) do yu think I will

have some decent results just from the creme of tartar?

if I cut out some foods from my diet for a while would that help?

if so what?

Hello,

I have had yeast issues for yrs. I changed my eating habits on easter. I have done really good except for the past week. I cut out all yeast, wheat, corn, potatoes, sugar (all fruit except for granny smith apples & berries) No cashews, peanuts, pistachios (they are moldy) and no mushrooms. I know it sounds harsh. I have done great but have lately been craving mochas. (My body is saying drink them to feed the nasty yeast) I had an increase in energy right away and when i eat crap I have an instant reaction. I can only hope that I can get alittle more diciplined!! Good luck!! Christine

ok this is what I came back with. I didnt have much credit left on my card, and I couldnt find everything I was told to get, but I found some capsules called "yeast defense" by a company called Nutrition Now.

this is what is in them...

41 mg of calcium as calcium caprylate

caprilic acid 300 mg

pau d arco 4:1 extract bark 200 mg

Deodorized garlic bulb 200 mg

grapefruit extract (fruit and seed) 20 mg

chlorophul concentrate 10 mg

a proprietary blend of rice maltodextrin carrier, FOS, Lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus bulgaricus, and lactobacillus casei .... 200 mg

it sayd to take 2 capsules up to 2 times a day... ( should I do more?)

I also am taking straight acidophilis pills 2 of them 3 times a day

I bought cream of tartar. ... was that 2 teaspoons in water? twice a day?

well I just dosed myself with all 3... hope this is enough to do the job.

I couldnt find molybdinum at the store I went to.
