Guest guest
I signed up for this. My doctor said it was ok, but to go slow & at my own pace. I'm scared, but excited for the possibility of being able to walk & feel healthy (maybe)again. Is anyone interested? The Center for Research in Health Behavior of the Psychology Department at Virginia Tech invites adults (ages 18-63) who are healthy, but inactive, to participate in an 18 month-long nutrition and walking research project. * The Guide to Health program is delivered completely through the internet. * It is designed to help users build a healthy walking routine that fits their lifestyles. * It is also designed to teach users how to eat healthier foods for better energy balance. * The program is ideal for avoiding the weight gain that so many adults experience. If you'd like to learn more about the Guide to Health research project and see if you are eligible to participate Center for Research in Health Behavior Department of Psychology, Virginia Tech Blacksburg, VA 24061 Website is: http://www.guide-to-health.info/
