I signed up for this. My doctor said it was ok, but to go slow & at my

own pace. I'm scared, but excited for the possibility of being able to

walk & feel healthy (maybe)again. Is anyone interested?

The Center for Research in Health Behavior of the Psychology

Department at Virginia Tech invites adults (ages 18-63) who are

healthy, but inactive, to participate in an 18 month-long nutrition

and walking research project.

* The Guide to Health program is delivered completely through

the internet.

* It is designed to help users build a healthy walking routine

that fits their lifestyles.

* It is also designed to teach users how to eat healthier

foods for better energy balance.

* The program is ideal for avoiding the weight gain that so

many adults experience.
