Thank you for the e-book - it is very interesting.

In reading it I was reminded of how in the 1940's and early 1950's

my father would have us take "Milk of Magnesia" when we got

the "flu". After about the second dose (the first usually came right back

up) it would stay down and within 12 hours we would be well -- except

for a few more trips to the bathroom. His idea of sickness was that

our system was clogged up and needed to be cleaned out.
