So you’d have

to take something with it for a while to build up good bugs again….

otherwise you’re just going to get sick again…

Not if you bypass the intestinal tract by holding it in your mouth,

under your tongue for as long as you can. It goes into the blood

stream then. Then you can spit it out. I have made CS for years and

am really healthy along with my parents, children, grandchildren and

two cats...debbie
