Guest guest
Prunes, cranberries and blueberries ARE good for you. But they are also listed as acidic foods. We all should have both kinds of foods but not mostly acidic or mostly adkaline most of the time. So if a person tested as too acidic, they would want to avoid certain acidic foods, such as the above. Canola oil is also listed as lower akaline, not the lowest but not acidic either. Whether one chooses to use is another matter. There are better oils such as coconut you may prefer. One would also assume that lemon is acidic but the effect on the body is alkaline. If you want to test the oil yourself or other foods, test them with pH stips. Carol Hartwell, CNHP

Guest guest
My naturopathic wholesaler carries them - I'd google them - like " Litmus Paper supplier " and your area and see what you get - unless you live in Vic Oz?
