pH foods

Prunes, cranberries and blueberries ARE good for you. But they are

also listed as acidic foods. We all should have both kinds of foods

but not mostly acidic or mostly adkaline most of the time. So if a

person tested as too acidic, they would want to avoid certain acidic

foods, such as the above.

 

Canola oil is also listed as lower akaline, not the lowest but not

acidic either. Whether one chooses to use is another matter.

There are better oils such as coconut you may prefer.

 

One would also assume that lemon is acidic but the effect on the body

is alkaline. If you want to test the oil yourself or other foods,

test them with pH stips.

ok! but where oh where do you get pH strips. The pharmacies in my area

tell me they don't carry them.

And -- I would love to find them.

My naturopathic wholesaler carries them - I'd google them - like " Litmus

Paper supplier " and your area and see what you get - unless you live in Vic

Oz?
