Cinnamon is good for lots of things - except the male libido

Exercise certainly is a key to good health. Cinnamon is great stuff too. The only negative I know of is one that might be interesting to Duke: taken in quantity over a long period of time it tends to diminish the sex drive in men.I am hoping that information does not result in too many of our female members recommending that their guys start taking lots of cinnamon . . .: ^ )TonyHTML clipboard

Perhaps the opposite will be true. Soooo, no more cinnamon in apple pies. Cloves OK?

A sprinkle in apple pies should not be a problem - and like I said, cinnamon really is good for you in many ways. There is just that little caveat.Cloves is fine. So is ginger.TonyHTML clipboard
