Guest guest
Tony, You say: << For an excellent article on silica, I recommend everyone read: Silica - Without Silica There is No Life <http://home.mindspring.com/~vaughn/MPS.fldr/silca_and_health.htm> I read the article and am puzzled by the following statement in it: << Osteoporosis is a symptom of the aging process. As Calcium in our body system leaches, our bones become brittle and weak. By taking only Calcium supplements, this cannot correct or stop this threatening and crippling disease because the body cannot assimilate and make use of the Calcium with the presence of Silica. >> Should not this read: " ... because the body cannot assimilate and make use of the Calcium withOUT the presence of Silica? Otherwise, the statement doesn't make much sense to me. Duane
Guest guest
Duane. I'm sure it's a typing error, and it means to say without the presents of Silica. I saw the error too, but having study herbs i know how good Silica is, so dont be afraid of it. Guest guest
Yes, that surely is a typo - and a big one. The intended word of " WITHOUT " was so obvious that I did not even notice it! oleander soup , " Duane Christensen " <duanechristensen wrote: > > Tony, > > You say: > > << For an excellent article on silica, I recommend everyone read: > Silica - Without Silica There is No Life > > <http://home.mindspring.com/~vaughn/MPS.fldr/silca_and_health.htm> > > I read the article and am puzzled by the following statement in it: > > << Osteoporosis is a symptom of the aging process.
