There is a huge disparity between allopathic physicians, who treat hormonally driven cancers with drugs to depress hormones, with sometimes fatal side effects. And with naturopathic doctors who believe that testing for hormones and balancing them is MUCH more likely to bring health.

We haven't discussed this for some time, but I'm learning that it can have a crucial effect on our cancer healing. Of course, hormone testing isn't covered by my health insurance, nor by most health insurance.

Suzanne Somers discussed this for both males and females in several of her books.Anyway, my onco dropped a bomb on me Monday by saying that my breast cancer is now negative, but didn't say anything about the hormonal status of my ovarian cancer. Breast tumor was positive years ago, when they insisted that I needed tamoxifin. I declined. I was told that my ovarian cancer is hormone positive, but not recently. I'll stop by her office tomorrow and see whether I can find out which it is, before she leaves for a long vacation. Could be the crucial difference why one is declining and the other increasing!

So many factors!

Ah Rhoda, my friend. This is great news. So something you are doing is working! :-) Just keep at it--the breast cancer is gone and next, the ovarian. Yes--so many factors to consider, but you are just the one to do it. On to victory!!!
