I first tried pomegranate juice to dilute OS. No help. Then I tried full-fat organic coconut juice, canned. INCREDIBLE! No disgusting taste, no aftertaste! No nausea that lasted a couple of hours. I simply diluted it 1:1, put half under my tongue a minute and drank half. Drank the rest.

What a relief! I don't need to put it into capsules, don't need to.... Tastes fine, the first day. It looks like a two buck can of coconut milk is gonna last more than a month too! I forget who suggested coconut milk. THANKS! You are making continuing possible. Rhoda

Hello Pam, Don't get the supermarket varieties - they have all been "stabilised". Can't remember what the stabiliser is now. Ceres Whole Foods put out an organic one which needs a heap of mixing as it separates without the stabiliser. I've seen others available at health food stores which might be cheaper. It is beautiful stuff though. Haven't ever seen the "juice" in NZ, just the cream or milk.Good luck.Maracuja--- On Fri, 1/9/09, Pam Griffin <pgriff wrote:Pam Griffin <pgriffRe: coconut milk - taste of oleander soupoleander soup Date: Friday, January 9, 2009, 2:55 PM

hi pam,

coconut cream is just coconut milk without the coconut juice, so it is very

thick and has a higher concentration of fat (sometimes a get a can of coconut

milk that has separated on its own like this). you may need to dilute it a

little, but it will still have the same effect.

Hi Pam,

You can mix it with some coconut water also to dilute. Coconut water is very delicious and extremely hydrating and healthful, I get it at Whole Foods probably find it elsewhere too, it is becoming popular. The brand is called O.N.E. yummy...

Good price - I pay $3.06 but no freight or courier fee if I buy $65 worth of fruit & veg from IE Produce in Takapuna. Can do that every week with no trouble at all! Have one skinny son living at home who is a bottomless pit. I can't grow enough veg for juicing, just the greens, like dandelions and chickweed! LOL!Ceres are in Ellerslie, Auckland, but they supply health food shops all over the country. We don't usually buy packaged food but it makes a delicious treat, with kumara, corn, chilli & spring onions and a dash of tamari. Heavens! My mouth is watering.Maracuja--- On Fri, 1/9/09, Roger Barker <rbarker wrote:Roger Barker <rbarkerRe: coconut milk -
