Budwig requires homogenized flax oil/cottage cheese, mixed with blueberries for a morning meal. Have I been wasting those blueberries for three years? Sigh. It's easy enough to eat the in another way. I get frozen wild blueberries, inexpensive and delicious, from Trader Joe.
