Guest guest
Does anyone know if the B-17/laetrile is affected by cooking? Does heat kill it? I ask because i love cassava. I buy the frozen ones and make them into pudding by adding an organic egg, 1/2 can organic coconut milk (WFoods carries them), one packet stevia powder, raisins, drained pineapple tidbits. Mix them well, then bake at 350F for an hour. Thanks. Melly
Guest guest
Thank you Maracuja for this list. Didn't know chia seeds has laetrile. I take 2 Tbsps gelled chia seeds with avocado + some berries for breakfast. Melly
