This is how I take Borax.

 

Source of my Borax. 20 Mule Team Borax, in the Laundry Isle of WalMart. Costs I think around $3.

 

Melly first of all never take large amounts of Borax it can be Harmful even Fatal. Borax in very low doses is actually very beneficial to human health, especially arthritis and any woman going through the menopause, better than HRT, Ibelieve. It may even cure Arthritis. It is also excellent for bone health.

 

To take Borax I lick my little finger tip and dip it in Borax power. A small amount of Borax adheres to my finger tip. I then place my little finger in a small amount of mineral water and stir using my little finger still in the water and then I drink what is now Borax water. I would recommend only doing this once a day. Please remember only a thin film of Borax must adhere to your little finger,if it is too clumpy, try again as this might be too much Borax to ingest. I have aready noticed great benefits to my own body since I have been doing this, one of the biggest changes is I feel is I have so much more energy and my mind seems far more focused. Borax is anti-fungal and is absolutely fantastic for yeast infection.
