Guest guest
We were told there are two spots lit up on the lung (PET), the spots on the liver and gland didn't, neither any lymph nodes, although the doctor thinks with more than one spots, the lymph nodes are probably affected. There is no cure according to him. The bad part is the bigger tumor is near a blood vessel, so he said if the cancer eats through the vessel, it will kill him instantly from bleeding. So the news is some good, some bad. We told him we don't want biopsy because we don't want chemo or radiation. Initially, he didn't understand, but after we told him that suffering from chemo to possibly gain only months of life is not what we are looking for for my dad. We are looking for quality of life and cure. He agreed and told us to call him if help is needed. Now we are focusing on using Tony's protocol to cure my dad. May God be with us along the way. Guest guest
Dad is on 3 S/OPC and 3 curcumin a day right now. He is also on grape OPC. I have added 2 droppers 3 times a day of Blood Support in, hope to increase to 4 droppers soon. I also added black seed oil. He started the Cellect today to buy time since he refused Budwig. If he doesn't have diarrhea tomorrow from Cellect, I will increase the S/opc to 4 a day. My goal is to have him on 4 S/OPC and 4 serves of Cellect a day soon. Then add in Inositol/IP-6 and Silver. He continues to eat white flour, white rice, and some meat (not a lot). He craves for extremely salty and spicy food. He told me he doesn't believe in good diet and warned me against adding more supplements. Making him drink half a glass of carrot juice is a chore. He said he is tired of taking all those stuff and afraid of all these things counteracting against each other. I told him these things are suggested by one expert. I didn't take bits and pieces from various people. They should work together well. I think he just doesn't want me to spend too much money on him. Dad always puts me ahead of him. If I can save his life, the money I spend is well worth it. He is willing to give up his life for me anytime. The little I am doing is nothing comparing to what he has done for me. Guest guest
Hi Julie, I am glad that your dad is taking the OPC well and that he will be increasing to four. He sounds like an incredible man. Just explain to him that the greatest gift he can give you is his life. Our parents sometimes feel they are a burden to us when they need our care. Reassure him that this is not the case. But, if I may ask, I am confused with your mention of grape OPC in droppers. Would you mind describing this supplement? Don't give up on the diet. Use psychology and reiterate how important it is to you for him to get well. But while you do this, try not to pressure. Just use whatever psychology that you think will do the trick. One thing though, if he is eating sugar, this must be totally eliminated, as cancer feeds on sugar. Also, reassure him that money means nothing, he is the most important thing in your life and always tell him how much you love him. I have a feeling that you do this anyway, as your love shows in everything you do. I felt the very same way while taking care of my mom. Our parents cared and nurtured us all our lives. When they are ill or in need, it is time for us to give back. Actually, it is one of the greatest gifts in life and the most rewarding. Hang in there. Hopefully, he will be one of the people that start to see improvement with Oleander in a short period of time. I cannot wait for positive news, and I cannot wait to see the bonds between you and your dad grow stronger. Guest guest
Julie - Did the doctor say that the larger tumor near the blood vessel was not operable? Though I seldom advocate surgery, chemo or radiation I have oft noted that an exception might be if the tumor represented a life-threatening situation where it might be advisable to remove or reduce the tumor in order to buy time for natural methods to work. Certainly I believe that the oleander and other protocol items should help and very possibly be successful, but depending on how long your oncologist estimates it might take for the tumor to get into the blood vessel, you might want to consider some stopgap measures. All the best and do keep us posted, oleander soup , "juliejhe1" <juliejhe1 wrote:>> We were told there are two spots lit up on the lung (PET), the spots on the liver and gland didn't, neither any lymph nodes, although the doctor thinks with more than one spots, the lymph nodes are probably affected. Guest guest
Tony, The doctor did not mention about surgery. He suggested Chemo to stop the growth so that the tumor will not eat through the blood vessel. He did say that might buy dad six months to a year time. He didn't say how much time dad has without treatment because he explained he couldn't tell. He also said the side effect from chemo will be mild. If chemo is the only option for shrinking the tumor, do you think we should consider chemo? Please advice. Guest guest
Tony, One more thing. Another reason the doctor could not tell how much time my dad has was without the biopsy, he doens't know for sure whether dad has cancer and what type. It seems we have to get a biopsy. Guest guest
Tony, I just talked to the doctor. He said the tumor is probably 1-2 cms from the blood vessel (He said he is only talking through memory though). Because he doesn't even know if it's cancer yet (we refused further testing), he can't tell us fast the cancer will grow. It's operable but since the cancer has already spead (two tumors on the lung mean Stage IV) they will not operate because it doesn't improve the overall outlook. They will use Chemo or radiation. I agreed to go ahead with the procedure to drain some chest fluid to check whether it's cancer or not. If they can't tell from the chest fluid, a biopsy is needed. Tony, There is another option. Dad and I can go to China for the operation. Doctors over there like to choose operation over anything else. My mom had two operations to remove some tumors on her lung. It bought her 2.5 years time. What is your general opinion on operation vs chemo? Julie oleander soup , " Tony " wrote: > > > Julie - > > Did the doctor say that the larger tumor near the blood vessel was not > operable? Guest guest
, The grape OPC is in powder form, he put the powder in the water and drinks it before each meal. The droppers are for the Bood Support. The full dose is 4 droppers 3 times a day, he is taking 2 droppers 3 times a day. I hope to get him to increase to 4 droppers soon since taking it might have helped stopping the diarrhea. The diarrhea made me really paranoid. Julie oleander soup , " May " <luellamay129 wrote: > > > Hi Julie, > > I am glad that your dad is taking the OPC well and that he will be > increasing to four. Guest guest
There may be a bit of confusion regarding the meaning of 'OPC'. In the case of Grape Seed OPC it stands for 'oligomeric proanthocyanidins', a substance found in many fruits, vegetables, pine bark and green tea. These kinds of OPCs are also known a polyphenols or flavonoids. The 'OPC' in Sutherlandia OPC has a totally different meaning. It originated when I produced my patented mixture in Brazil. It then consisted of the Agaricus mushroom, Pau D'arco, Cat's Claw (together contributing 20% to the mixture) and Oleander extract (80%). I did not want to have the name 'Oleander' in the name because of possible customs problems, and called it Agaricus OPC with the 'OPC' being the first letter of the 3 other ingredients (Oleander, Pau D'arco and Cat's Claw). When I had problems with the reliability of the Brazilian manufacturer, I moved manufacturing to South Africa and replaced the 20% component (consisting of Agaricus, Pau D'Arco and Cat's Claw) with the South African plant 'Cancer Bush' or Sutherlandia Frutescens. Because of the fact that the name 'Agaricus OPC' was already well known by then (I also hold the patent on it) I decided to keep the 'OPC' part and called the new mixture 'Sutherlandia OPC', now meaning Oleander Purified Concentrate. So there you have it. Don't confuse Grape seed OPC with Sutherlandia OPC. They are totally different substance. Guest guest
Julie,I don't know if it will help but when dealing with my parents and their health issues I just make the proper food and serve it to them. I eat what I give them so there is nothing else in the house. They complain but when I eat the same thing and that's all that is in my house it seems to work. Without a choice they will usually go along with it. Good luck. Your dad sounds amazing. Sean.
