Thanks for the comments on Tai Chi. I personally to

the " No Pain, No Pain " model, but I know what you mean. :-)

 

Are there ways of determining a good program? I have visited some

classes in my area, but I don't know if they are teaching the

correct style or how to gauge a good fit with the Sensai.

 

Can you point me to books or sites that might help in this regard?
