Good to know. Diary is probably the hardest thing for me to stay

away from. I have a little bit of sour cream each week and I should cut

that out.

Thanks very much - Very helpful.

I went to a new acupuncturist today and I am very very pleased.

He did pulse testing and said, by the way, that it is ESSENTIAL to do pulse

testing for internal problems. Sprained ankle, e.g., does not need it, but

obviously I needed pulse testing.

He did an excellent job of explaining excess and deficiency! He had a book of

photocopied stuff in his waiting room for patients to learn about TCM!! I

asked for a copy at some point.

My Liver excess yang, Kidney dificient ying, Blood defificent ying (I think),

Heart Deficient ying. He worked the Liver and Gallbladder meridians today as

well as some points for heart and kidneys.

He was very kind and did an excellent job of determining how much " juice " to

load up the needles with.

Very excellent treatment all and all. He suggested once a week so that is good

because at $80 that is all I can afford at this point.

Cheers, Cat
