" Discovering Chi,energy exercises for the beginner " I ordered it from a book club for about 14.00, the #on the box is 1 800 579 tape. The company is Lightworks Audio & Video. It is Qi qong style and really increases energy I felt the difference after my first attempt. The other is called " Embrace the Moon " it is yang style it is easy to do but i prefer qi qong.I can feel the difference. this one is available from terra entertainment terra 310 2642128 I have had both of these tapes for 4 or 5 years or more so the contact info may be out of date.
