I actually have a blanket Dh had in the military between the top sheet and comforter. I use jersey or flannel sheets. I also have an extra fluffly mattress pad underneath. Socks are 24/7 (except in the shower. lol). I will use the hat or head covering now too. I like the sleeping bag idea too. I think I will do that in the car for the drives in the winter time.
