Guest guest
I just got my blood work back from the lab which was ordered by my Rhumatologist. I have several numbers which are not within the norm. Some too high, most too low. ** I need help with some of the abbreviations. If someone would write to me off list that would be great! Or I can post them on the list, I don't mind. P.S. The Rhumatoid doc told me that if any of my numbers were abnormal he would call me right away. At first the office told me that they were " too " busy to send me copies of my blood work and I would have to wait for my appointment. SIX WEEKS ! It took me two weeks of FAXes and phone calls to get my blood work results. Even with abnormal numbers this doc doesn't care too much about hurrying to help. I had picked this Rhumatologist because he was advertised as using herbs rather than meds, but both in his office and his written response to my questions he wants me to take prescriptions to sleep which I am not at all interested in doing. I am so glad I have a great acupuncturist. **Would it be worthwhile to take these blood reports with me to acupuncture or are they extraneous to TCM ? Thanks so much for any help anyone can offer with my blood reports !!!! Cat ^. .^ ~ " Enjoy the edge you're on . . . don't think about the one to come! Please post them on the list if you don't mind as there are some members who are pre-med and others who are interested in learning all they can about various schools of healing. Thanks, Victoria
