Guest guest
Hi all... I could not understand exactly what Karl wanna know, but concerning dental advise, Victoria is absolutely correct. I'm dentist and what I can add, is cavities usually are related with heat (xu or shi), as well as gengivities. Concerning this point, acupucture and herbs can help people who despite a very good dental care, good hygiene ( brush and dental floss), low sugar diet, continue suffering gengivities and cavities, both due to bacteria ( heat patterns acording to TCM), and to relief pain for some time, untill the dentist appointment. all the best, Roberta Terapias Orientais www.robertablanco.com.br

Guest guest
Hi Karl... In general, herbs which refresh stomach heat are good, like fruits and vegetables. Regular use of H2O2 to wash mouth after brush and floss at night is nice. Keeping 2 or 3 hours without eating anything is good too. To help u better, let me ask some questions: How old are u? Tell me about your diet, and the kind of dental treatment u made. If u prefer, write in PVT. robertablanco Tks, Roberta Terapias Orientais www.robertablanco.com.br
Guest guest
Hi Roberta thanks for your answer , i am thirty two. i started having quite cavity issues around 28-29. at that point my diet was not the most excellent , i was living in france so nice little pastries, vine , cheese, bread were part of my diet. The cavities have been taken care of by a dentist. I never really flossed since it is not a common habit in France and i have not got into it yet, i probably should. the odd thing was that i had cavity issues only in the beginning of the fall around september-october , it felt almost chronical. since i moved to the US ( august 2003 ) i radically changed my diet . no more sugars except for mapple syrup or organic local honey occasionnally. i eat a lot of fresh organic fruits and vegetables, fish and meat occasionally. i started herbal treatments since august 2005. My body felt weak at that time and was emotionnally unstable , i suffered from an emotionnal trauma (loss of a aprent, and unsuccessfull relationship ). i was physically depleated. so i started with a short period of bupleurum in order to cleanse the liver and stabilize my issues with rising liver yang ( anger ). i then switched for a long period of schizandra and Astragalus10+ (seven forests ) which seemed to have an overall great benefit and i have not complained about cavity issues since then. Now i am only taking Cordyceps and Reishi. i exercize with regularity and practice taichi and other internal martial arts almost daily. i hope that it is enough information. have a good day . --- Roberta Blanco <robertablanco wrote: > Hi Karl... > In general, herbs which refresh stomach heat are > good, like fruits and vegetables.
