Guest guest
Tai Chi or Qi Gong exercises are esepcially good for getting Qi and Blood moving properly. Acupressure that you can do on yourself may help. One of the best points for subduing Liver yang is the point Liver 3. If you don't know where it's located, click on: http://www.qi-journal.com/tcmarticles/acumodel/listpoints.asp Over on the left click on the section for the Liver. Find Liver 3 so you can get a general idea of where it's located. This isn't a very good chart, but you learn that it's located somewhere on the lower leg or foot. Now click on: http://www.qi-journal.com/tcmarticles/acumodel/acumodel.asp Click on the bottom part of the model. This will get you a better model. On this one when you put the cursor over the points, it tells you what they are. If you're wondering what a " cun " is you can click on the word when you encounter it. It's a unit of relative measurement. It's not an exact measurement like an inch or a centimeter. For example, you may see a point described as being 3 cun above the top of the ankle bone. Obviously that's going to be more centimeters above the ankle for a tall person than for a short person. That's why a unit of relative measurement is used in acupuncture/ acupressure instead of an exact unit.
