Guest guest
Here is the link to a very helpful article on green tea. Even though it's written from an allopathic standpoint instead of a TCM standpoint, it contains lots of potentially useful info. Green tea can reduce the formation of cavities in the teeth, improve kidney function, reduce cholesterol, and lower some cases of high blood pressure. In addition it has some applications in fighting cancer. It speeds up metabolism. Green tea and black tea come from the same plant. The difference is in the lack of processing (green tea) and processing (includes fermentation - black tea). Black tea has a longer shelf life than green tea. http://www.disabled-world.com/artman/publish/green_tea_facts.shtml
