HELP! Spotting/Light Bleeding between cycles AGAIN!

im spotting/bleeding again! this is the second time since i also

spotted/light bled from cd13-cd17 and today at cd25, im starting to

spot again! what can cause this?

We ruled out polyps and some stuff based on the ultrasound.

are there any other reasons? im taking metformin 500mg and avandia 8mg.
