Rescue Remedy (Emotional Healing) in drops or sprays taken several times a day. Gaba Calm from Source Naturals is a sublingual lozenge that turns off the excitement neurotransmitters Joe's episodes are hardly at all now. What usted to be once a week is now at the most, once a month if at all-doesn't last for more than a short period of time. I agree with these two approachs that the poster has mentioned. GABA is always helpful in all SNS imbalances since it is the neurotransmitter responsible for balancing the other neurotransmitters. There are many medicines in TCM that calm the SNS - all An Shen formulas can help - Dragon bone can help - good formula is Bupluerum and Dragon bone. This use of rescue remedy is new to me. In general I would reccomend taking Rescue Remedy at the time of the a- fib event and not at other times unless the individual is in continuous crisis. Many people have gotten control of these events - using different modalities - but there are correspondences between all concepts.
