Guest guest
Jack,I'll take the info you gave me and bring it to my next TCM apointment. My TCM doc seems a little stumped right about the one stone dissolving and not the other so we've decided that I'd continue taking the herbs for another 3 months to see if anything happens.Still hoping someone will have info as to whether tai chi & chi kung will help or hurt the movement of the stone right now. Thanks again. Guest guest
There is an interesting technique called Elevating the Kidneys on pg 48 of Qi Empowerment, which describes a Qi Gong routine for curing kidney stones, amongst other ailments. Guest guest
Mermaid: A little more info: Yang Water is also called Ren Water ÈÉË® (Ren Shui, the Heavenly Stem) while Gui ¹ïË® is Yin Water (also a Heavenly Stem) if that will help you out a bit more. It's a bit metaphysical, a part of Qi Men Dun Jia analysis, but may help to modify your herbs.
