Guest guest
Hello Skip the Parsley, Here is something 1000 times better. Plus the taste is much more pleasent. Cranberrys\\\\\\\\\ Purchasing store bottle kind are of little help.So stay away from all store brands. You can make your own for about $1.00 for a 1.75 liter bottle. health store knock off would cost 6 times of not more. We are out of season presently for fresh cranberrys. Look for Frozen Cranburys. You can fine them in frozen bags at health and even some grocery stores. Frozen Cranberrys are perfect and have retained full medicinal value. Now for the drink of your life. Fill a blender with 4 rounded cups of raw fresh or frozen(need not thaw)--- cranberrys.Top off with clean water.Important,Run at max speed for 5 mins. Pour out 50% each from blender in 2 seperate containers. They can be common juice pitchers. They should be approx 2 liter in size Add 40% water to each container. Do not strain. To sweeten Boil 2 cups of water.Mix in1/2 cup of pure honey. You can add more or less for personal taste. Add 50% mixture(1) cup to each container.Shake each container well. Also shake before each use and shake well. Chill and keep in the Refridge This beverage is very tasty. Drink 2 10oz glass a day one morning and one at noon.Drink both bottles untill gone. I do this every 2 months for health This can be repeated if there are medical issues.Besides cleansing of kidneys, liver and blatter Doctors are finding other health benefits including cardovascular system, heart, cancer prevention +much more.. When cranberrys are in season. Stock up and freeze the bags.Wrap well so not to get freezer burn.Figure 1 bag for every 2 months.Use the supply untill the next season. This should be a life commitment. You can have enough for all year round. Seasonal purchaseing of fresh cranberrys is Sept to Dec.One standard size bag will fill a blender. Some stores sell larger sized bags as well.
