What would be the colors to visualize for the other organs?

Hi!

 

The colors for the other organs would correspond to the colors

according to the Five Elements

 

That is:

Liver - Green (jing, which I think is more the fresh green you can

see in the spring)

Heart - Red

Spleen - Yellow (earth-yellow)

Lung - White

Kidneys - Dark Blue or Black ( I think like the clear sky in the

night)

 

The most inportant organs is the Yin-organs, so the Yang-organs i do

not state, because I don't really know if they have the same color

or if their colors are a little bit lighter in shade.

 

I would recomend to read Jerry Alan Johnson's books about Medical

Qigong to learn more about this. And get the idea how to use TCM and

qigong as homework for different organs.

Permit me to comment:

In other posts, me and another member commented that the 6

healing sound practice works well for excess, and is recommended

to do at night.

The Inner Smile practice uses the visualization of the Colour of

the organs (plus feeling the associated virtue)in a certain

order, and is recommended for the morning.
