OT: Problems with

Is anyone besides me having problems with ? Not just the slowness

of the mail delivery.

 

It's taking several minutes for each screen to load. I go do something

else while each screen is loading. Sometimes when I come back to the

computer, the screen still hasn't loaded.

 

Does anyone have the email address of a human at who can and will

respond. Not one that responds with, " That's not my department. "
