Guest guest
Mike - Just a quick note to express my heartfelt thanks to you and others who are pitching in while my daily computer time is still limited. The good news is that my back is slowly getting better (slowly being the operative word). I have undergone some comprehensive testing and there is no doubt that two compressed discs in my lower back are the root of the problem. I am undergoing treatments two to three times a week with "tens" time electrical stimulators for a few minutes and several minutes of spinal decompression on an advanced machine. In addition, I am taking some wonderful herbal products for pain, healing and anti-inflammation - and the progress is being seen and felt on an almost daily basis. I still nevertheless have to limit myself to only a couple of sessions or so at the computer whilst stitting on a soft cushion and utilizing a lumbar support cushion. I am itching to get back into a much more active role and promise to do so a soon as I can - however, I am very cognizant of the fact that trying to do too much too soon (which is my normal tendancy) might set back my progress and believe me, this is not something I EVER wish to repeat! I am aware of some important questions awaiting replies from me and will do my best to get to them as soon as I can do so and do them justice. Thanks again. I love all of you guys and gals. Guest guest
All the best Tony in your recovery. You are quite missed on this board... My dear hubbie has chronic back pain that he works on non-stop - not in your league but it has prevented him from riding his bike with our girls if he twists it out weirdly. When you or have time, maybe you can pass on the list of those herbal remedies you're taking... Kind regards, Janet
