Guest guest
i find ripe bananas real helpful to get down caps and tabs. i take quite a lot of OO caps. i've found aloe vera juice drink in large bottles, several brands with varying amounts of junk added, at an international market that opened near me. that's nicely slimy too. finding one without a lot of sugar added is the trick... they had one for awhile but not lately. anyways, i've never tried straight aloe scraped out of a leaf except on skin, but it's so good for you and helpful against cancer that if that slime can get your pills down that should be great!?!? grocers around here are commonly carrying aloe leaves in the produce dept nowadays, quite reasonable by the pound. > > oleander soup > oleander soup On Behalf Of shanya_one > Saturday, August 08, 2009 9:50 PM > oleander soup > IP6 Question > > I am on the Cell Forte Max IP6 & Inositol plus cats claw and > maitake. Guest guest
Pam, I hope you are using home-grown or organic carrots. I read that corporations use carrots to clean the chemicals out of their fields, then turn around and sell them to the general public for food. Ok my problem is this I am having a hard time swallowing them and specially at the dose I need to take for my throat cancer. I was hoping to be able to pull them apart and put them in something but it says to take them on an empty stomach, can someone help me with this. I do not do dairy so cottage cheese or yougurt is out. I do juice alot and one of my main juices in carrot, if this helps. Thank you in advance Pam
