Guest guest
Hi, I was on last week with low white blood cells but that has improved now. However, now I have a low platelet count! Is there anything I can use to bring this count back up? Thanks MM
Guest guest
Amen! Amen. oleander soup oleander soup On Behalf Of May Monday, August 10, 2009 10:19 PM oleander soup Re: Low Platelets Hi MM, Keep attacking it with the maximum dose of Sutherlandia OPC and as much of the Natural Anti-Cancer Protocol as possible. All of it would be ideal. And above all...... Keep a positive attitude. I know it may be difficult, but know in your heart that you are taking all the appropriate steps to insure your healing. I corresponded today with someone with regard to prayer and why prayer sometimes does and sometimes doesn't work. I believe it has to do with faith, belief, and conviction. Knowing for certain that it will be answered. " Ask and you shall receive. " It is fear that keeps us back. And as I write this I'm preaching to myself. Sometimes I wish I retained the faith I had as a child. I remember having a cat that was diagnosed with feline leukemia and I prayed with all my heart for this cat's healing. Guess what? No kidding..... The vet was dumbfounded when the cat was tested again at my insistence and the results came back negative. In this group, not only do we implement ways to heal physically, but one very important thing, we pray for one another. We have a very loving group of people. And love is what it is all about. MM, do everything you can naturally and please take into consideration that staying stress free and having a positive attitude is also very important. We are here for you and are rooting for you. Guest guest
Hi MM, Low platelet count can have many causes. Could you give me a history of your background? For example, do you have cancer, what type, and have you had chemo and/or radiation? Are you on any medications, are you diabetic? How was the platelet count discovered and did the doctor give you any explanation? To build up your platelet count, you must first start with yout diet. Get rid of all foods that are irritants to you system such as sugars, refined grains, saturated fats, fas foods, processed foods, sodas, etc. These foods will aggravate a low platelet count. Replace this with a natural, mostly raw diet. These foods will aid your body in healing which will in turn increase platelet count. Foods that will help increase your platelet count are those rich in Omega 3's, such as flaxseed oil, wild salmon, and cod liver oil. Berries, especially blueberries are very beneficial. Cayenne Pepper is also very beneficial for the cardiovascular system. You can either get a cayenne tincture, or even mix one half a teaspoon in a cup of hot water and sip it as a tea. Actually, what I do is mix cayenne pepper in a little bit of juice (make sure it's 100% juice) and then swallow. You can have something cold within arm's reach to drink if you need it. If one half teaspoon is too much, start with a smaller amount and work up.
Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for the advice. Yes I have advanced colon cancer and I have had chemo. I did try just the diet and taking OPC and most of what is on Tony's anti-cancer protocol but my tumour markers kept going up. I have now had a course of low dose chemo but my platlets are too low to have any more. I'm not sure what to do now? I know you are very much against chemo but it is the only thing which seems to work for me. Thanks again MM
Guest guest
Hi MM, How long did you take OPC and follow the Natural Anti-Cancer Protocol? Also, Vitamin K may be beneficial. Natural sources of Vitamin K can be found in green leafy vegetables, cheese, liver, coffee, and green tea. -oleander soup , "infomcf" <infomcf wrote:>> Hi ,> > Thanks for the advice.> > Yes I have advanced colon cancer and I have had chemo. Guest guest
Hi , I think I have been on the OPC since December but only up to the maximum dose about 2 to 3 months ago. Same with the anti-cancer protocol - I've been on most of it since December but only added the remaining few things about a month or 2 ago. I am still taking the OPC and following the anti-cancer protocol just now but I am worried that it won't be enough. Is there anyone you know of who has colon cancer and has followed this protocol and been successful? Thanks again MM
Guest guest
MM, There is a chinese herbal product called Marrow Plus that will bring your platelet count up quickly. The main ingredient is milletia (Ji Xue Teng) along with several other herbs. It works very well... so well that this formula is used in almost every hospital in China for the exact same problem. Good luck. Bob - " infomcf " <infomcf <oleander soup > Monday, August 10, 2009 11:59 AM Re: Low Platelets > Hi , > > Thanks for the advice. > > Yes I have advanced colon cancer and I have had chemo.
