Guest guest
Hello, My father has been recently diagnosed with lung cancer and I have questions about oleander. Is there a way to tell if someone is allergic to oleander? Will oleander cause inflamation/swelling at tumour site? If so, is this dangerous? Thanks Lee
Guest guest
Hi Lee - Allergies to oleander are rare, though you might test by dissolving a capsule or using some prepared oleander extract on the inner arm to see what happens. Some people do take awhile to adjust to oleander and thus the recommendation to start out small and work your way up. It is possible that there might be some swelling and/or discomfort at the tumor site initially as the cancer cells begin to die off, but any swelling would normally be quite minor. My own 86 year old uncle had lung cancer which mainstream treatments was unable to help. Then he switched to oleander and within a few months his tumors stopped growing, a few months later there was no sign of cancer outside the lungs and the lung tumors were smaller and then a few more months and he was cancer free, with only a small benign scarlike mass remaining. About three years later he is still cancer free and doing great. All the best, oleander soup , "lee32001" <lee32001 wrote:>> Hello,> > My father has been recently diagnosed with lung cancer and I have questions about oleander.> Is there a way to tell if someone is allergic to oleander?> Will oleander cause inflamation/swelling at tumour site?> If so, is this dangerous?> > Thanks Lee>
