Guest guest
Diabetes does run in my family. My mother and her two sisters have it as well as one of my uncles who is my mom's brother. But I tend to think this is not so much genetic as certain perponderences in body types. Certain people as are classed in TCM as in ayerveda as different " types " that need certain diets. My diet has been terrible. And I have been through a lot of stress. In 2004 I was arrested and almost went to jail but paid a $50 fine. It was during that time that I began having the panic attacks and a feeling in my chest. My psychiatrist at the time had my bp checked and I was hypertensive. Now I have a question. If blood is deficent, does the blood need to be supported or built up? Bill

Like I said, garlic and cayenne will go a long way toward helping out with that. You need to alter your lifestyle to include much more exercise and proper diet. I was told not to eat celery because it's high in sodium. I take cayenne and sage capsules 3x a day. Cayene I know will not only lower low density lipids but strip plaque from arterial walls. The vasodilators I am on is capoten and diovan HCT. I take 160/12.5 mg Diovan HCT bid or 2x a day. I eat fast food too much. Not lately and I have lost some weight. My latest A1C was 7.5. Way too high. But I'm working on eating smaller portions more times a day now. Bill
Guest guest
You need to get off of diet pop. Have you heard of ASPARTAME? Guest guest
Add garlic. Sounds like you're getting started on things. Celery may be high in sodium, but it's not really a big contributing factor in HBP. Generally people with hypertension can be defiecient in potassium. And low water intake may also be a factor. Cut out the diet soda, increase water and don't worry about the celery or celery juice. > I eat fast food too much. Not lately and I have lost some weight. My > latest A1C was 7.5. That helps balance out starches to keep your blood glucose levels more even. sue
