You might try the audio tape of a lecture by Jeffery C. Yuan, available from: Conference Recording Service, Inc. 1308 Gilman St. Berkeley, CA 94706 (USA) 510-527-3600 Fax: 510-527-8404 Tapes CAA94-005 (2 tape set) The Thirteen Ghost Points of Chinese Acupuncture 13 points first written about by Sun SiMiao; presented here as progression of psychological/neurological symptomology, and as a path of spiritual cultivation for the practitioner. Maybe at a conference which makes and sells tapes of lectures? Back in 1999 Jeffery gave a lecture in California which is available on audio tape, from the same company as noted above: Tapes CA99-009 (2 tape set) Eight Extras (Channels) The QiJing BaMai as representing the constitutional and developmental aspects of life and the Jing level of energetics. (The presentation here demonstrates what Claude Larre and Elizabeth Rochat de la Vallee mention in a postscript in their book on the QiJing BaMai as the Daoist view of the 8 Extraordinary Channels in terms of process.) (I'm also a student of Jeffery Yuan, being in the (distance-learning) PhD program in Classical at the American University of Complementary Medicine in Los Angeles)
Guest guest
Thanks Chris I will chase up the tapes. The seminar was held in London - the details are in a posting 6 months ago - I will check the venue to see if they recorded it. What is your area of study with Master Yuan?
