Guest guest
Mike and all- Oops! Mis-spoke. Sorry I type two-fingered. .. I use UB 62 as well, although I have been told that UB 60 works as the distal end of that openning as well if UB 62 difficult to hit being a small point. SI 3 I needle with the fingers passively flexed which greatly reduces the discomfort of the placement.I find that openning the Dai Mai is great as well for lower back pain and other things. Also freguently recommend Ji Sheng Bai Du San for LBP, especially with Kid yin xu. I often use the Extraordinary Meridians in my tx's, although on another list there use was debated as being too depleting and I am curious as to what this group thinks. Openning Yin Wei one of my most effective tx's for people emotionally closed down thanks to readings from Dr Jarrett and Pirog's Meridian Therapy ( " to heal a broken heart " ) and clinical practice. IMO if the tx is working for you, you should continue using it. rh
Guest guest
Wow, guess I really am not communicating well. Many apologies, what I meant to say is Duo Huo Ji Sheng Tang as a formula for lower back pain, not the gibberish I wrote. Checking my source, it's also more for kid yang xu than yin xu, kinda different. Guess I better check my post before I send it. Two big errors in as many days not good at all! Thanks all for the reassurance with the extra-ordinarys. I do use them often and will continue as I feel it is a more global tx as has been suggested.
