Hi Soseneda,

 

How do you prepare the cheese cloth for straining? Do you was it first and

in what?

Hmm, never thought much about that. I just throw them in with my other

craft laundry, have had a bunch of them for years. A little bit of soap,

and some vinegar is what I do my laundry with, nothing fancy.

 

If you are just buying it new from the store, cut out your pieces, run a

straight or zig zag stitch around the edge of the piece to prevent

fraying and toss them in the laundry.

Yes, I am just buying them new. What size do I cut them out to.

Whatever seems to work. Big enough to fit in your bowl. Small enough not

to be a hassle. Big enough to wrap around however large the stuff you

are straining is so that you can still grab it by the top.

 

Its not an exact science by any means.
