Hey Kathleen

My oldest has asthma- and we have located some triggers for her and are able to

keep the albuterol to like2x a year!

She really is allergic to feather pillows/comforters, etc- and she loves birds

and loves to hang out in the chicken coop- which causes her to wheeze :-(

She has a wool filled comforter and organic cotton pillow on her bed and does

fine...

wheat and dairy together seem to be negative(pizza is a sure sickener)- but a

*little* bit of each occasionally seem OK.

We have a HEPA vacuum which seems to help A LOT!

And dusting with a wet rag.

Any moldy place is out of the question.

Hope your hunny bunny is feeling better soon- maybe some weak thyme tea? Nettles

are good for long term- have seemed to help my girl.

HTH

Michelle
